Since launching Medical Law Services in 2023, Georgia has led its rapid growth, building a service designed to give legal teams faster access to high-quality medical insight. By improving how cases are prepared from the outset, she helps ensure customers receive clearer answers, stronger claims, and the support they need to move forward with confidence.

Emma Davies leads the ever-expanding nursing team at MLS, bringing over 20 years of NHS experience across acute, community, and safeguarding roles.
She is focused on maintaining the highest clinical standards while supporting her team to deliver clear, accurate insights from medical records. Laura Spear leads the medical records function at MLS, overseeing a large and growing team responsible for delivering accurate and timely records.
With extensive experience in the medico-legal sector, Laura ensures that medical information is gathered and managed to the highest standard. This enables legal teams to build stronger cases and helps customers access the clarity and evidence they need to progress faster with cases.
Avril Allen
Expert Agency Manager
Avril Allen joined MLS in April 2026 after 8 years of working in the NHS delivering workforce strategies and cost saving improvements. Managing 6 Trusts in the Greater Manchester area Avril’s remit was forge strong relationships with senior stakeholders, agree the strategic direction of the account, and manage and develop the local teams in order to deliver on contractual SLAs.
Prior to this role, Avril has spent her career in recruitment managing large scale projects in the Automotive, Healthcare and Food production industries, passionate about delivering an excellent service through clear communication and compassionate management. Avril brings a wealth of knowledge from the NHS and her strong agency background into the Expert Liaison Team.

Lisa Simpson brings over 20 years of nursing experience, using her clinical expertise to support the accurate review and organisation of medical records.
Her background in hospital and discharge planning environments gives her a deep understanding of patient journeys. At MLS, she ensures records are interpreted and structured in a way that helps legal teams clearly identify key issues, supporting stronger cases and better outcomes for their clients.
Mollie Cahill
Nurse Manager - Pagination
Mollie Cahill combines frontline clinical experience with medico-legal expertise to support complex case preparation.
With a background in cardiology, emergency care, and forensic settings, she brings a detailed and practical understanding of clinical evidence. Her work ensures medical records are clearly presented and clinically robust, helping legal teams build stronger cases for their clients.

With over a decade of healthcare experience, Simone ensures that critical information is clearly structured and accessible. Her work helps legal teams quickly understand key clinical events, supporting stronger decision-making and better outcomes for their clients.
Samantha Glover
Nurse Manager – Lead Vetting
Samantha Glover is the Nurse Manager over lead vetting whose team uses their clinical knowledge to assess the prospects of success of cases following initial client enquiries. As Nurse Manager over lead vetting, she is committed to driving quality, consistency and efficiency within the team and being the first step for clients in their access to justice.
She has worked in the medicolegal sector for around 7 years, previously being a nurse analyst and team leader within the pagination team before stepping over to her current role in September 2025. Before joining MLS, Sam’s clinical background was ward based acute medicine, mostly working within the fast-paced environments of Medical Admissions, A&E and Gastroenterology.
Caroline Sergeant
Legal Support Team Manager
Caroline Sergeant brings over 35 years legal experience to her role as Legal Support Team Manager, using her legal and medical knowledge to audit nurses’ decisions on new cases.
Caroline has worked with MLS since its inception in May 2023. Prior to that, she worked in personal injury and clinical negligence fields for several firms across the Northwest.
